Ford reveals all-new generation of the Fiesta

Mahindra launched two new digital platforms today – SYOUV and With You Hamesha. The digital platforms are aimed at enhancing the ownership experience of the Mahindra products right through the pre-sales, sales and post-sales phases for the customer.

The SYOUV is a pre-sales platform which currently features only the XUV500. This platform assists the customer in researching about a new vehicle, instead of trying multiple websites. The SYOUV provides personalised recommendations for the customer based on their actions on the platform. Customers can also collectively customise and share their vehicles on social media, talk to experts directly through voice or text, and explore features of the vehicle in 3D. The platform can also recommend relevant events, articles and videos to the customer relating to their interested vehicle.

On the other hand, the ‘With you Hamesha’ (WYH) platform is focused on the existing customers. The platform has been redesigned to improve convenience and transparency for the customers. Customers can now use the WYH to view their vehicle’s service history, book a service, create a job card and get an online service estimate, track the service of their vehicle and receive instant notifications. They can also connect with a relationship manager through a video call to get live updates of their vehicle. Customers can pay for the service online and get the vehicle delivered to any desired address.

Mahindra claims they have partnered with companies like Microsoft, Dassault Systemes and Socheers Infotech to develop the SYOUV platform and with Extentia Information Technology, Hungama and HNS Technologies for the WTH platform.
